Everything below is enforced by the program. Numbers are read live.
HOW IT WORKS
- Launch. Every coin launched here is a pump.fun coin and a cow on the map. Its creator is the program, so its creator fees flow into the game.
- Carry. Hold at least 0.05% of a pad coin A and press CARRY on your save file. Your wallet now spreads strain A.
- Bite. Buy a younger pad coin X for at least 0.1 SOL, anywhere: pump.fun, Axiom, this site. The keeper reads the buy on chain and the program writes strain A into one of X's three slots. The first three different strains take them.
- Milk. While X is on its curve, its creator fees are split: the dev, patient zero, every strain in its slots (that SOL buys the strain's coin and burns it) and the first carrier of each strain.
- Recover. When X migrates it has recovered: strains and carriers stop earning from it. Dev and patient zero keep their share.

An empty slot pays the dev. Every rounding lamport goes to the dev. The launch fee (0.02 SOL) goes to patient zero. The pad keeps nothing.
WHO CAN BITE WHOM
- Only a younger cow can be bitten. Old strains infect new coins, never the other way.
- No cow catches its own strain. A dev cannot carry into their own coin.
- Buys in the launch slot never infect.
- The carrier must still hold the strain and still hold the bitten coin when the infection is written.
- A recovered cow cannot be bitten. A taken slot is never rewritten.
PATIENT ZERO
The pad's own coin is a plain pump.fun coin, launched outside the pad. 20% of every collected fee of every pad coin buys it on its curve or pool and burns it, before and after the cow migrates. This share is a constant in the program.
NUMBERS
TRUST
- Keeper signs infections only. It can choose which real carriers fill the free slots of new curve coins. It cannot rewrite a slot, move a dev, carrier or patient zero share, or send SOL anywhere but into a strain burn.
- Guardian can only revoke the keeper.
- Admin can pause launches and infections, set future parameters inside fixed bounds, and set patient zero's mint once. No admin path reaches a pot or a claim. Collect, burns and claims never pause.
- Burns spend small chunks (0.8% of the curve's SOL or 0.2% of the pool's), one per slot, with a price check.
- pump.fun and PumpSwap are upgradeable programs; the pad follows them.
